Varahi Industries’ Vertical Screw Conveyor lifts bulk materials vertically for efficient transfer of powders, granules, and particulates from lower to higher levels. Rotating helical flights within a U-trough or enclosed O-tube ensure smooth, controlled conveying at steep/vertical angles.
The screw is mounted on a central shaft and driven by a gearbox–motor set; an optional VFD allows speed tuning to suit bulk density, flow characteristics, and process requirements. Compact, low-maintenance, and energy-efficient—ideal for continuous lifting operations.
Material enters the lower inlet hopper/trough.
Rotating screw flights propel material upward by friction and wedge action inside the tube/trough.
Gearbox–motor (with optional VFD) regulates RPM to match desired throughput and material behavior.
Product is discharged at the top outlet into downstream equipment or storage.
