Varahi Industries’ Impex Pulverizer is a high-performance milling machine for fine powder production across chemicals, agriculture, minerals, metals and specialty materials.
Pulverization occurs by continuous impact of rotating hammers on grinding liners with a controlled air stream conveying ground material to the outlet. Oversize is returned via the whizzer classifier to ensure uniform particle size.
Miracle Mill / Hammer Mill is the high-production variant using a perforated liner for classification—ideal for medium-fineness requirements.
Raw material is metered by a rotary (star) feeder into the grinding chamber.
High-speed hammers impact material against replaceable liners, breaking lumps to fine particles.
Whizzer classifier returns oversize to the chamber until target fineness is achieved.
Airflow carries powder to a cyclone; fines are recovered and dust is trapped in a fabric dust collector.
