Varahi Industries’ Mini Pulverizer is designed to convert various materials into fine powder through continuous impact of rotating hammers against grinding liners. Material enters via a rotary feeder; strong hammering breaks lumps into fine particles.
A controlled air stream carries ground material to the outlet while the whizzer returns oversize to the chamber for re-grinding. The fan conveys classified material to the cyclone collector and dust is managed via a three-way connection to a dust collector.
Miracle Mill / Hammer Mill: a high-production alternative using a perforated liner for classification (no whizzer), achieving slightly lower fineness than a pulverizer.
Material is metered by a rotary/star feeder into the grinding chamber.
High-speed hammers impact material against replaceable liners, reducing it to fine particles.
Whizzer returns oversize until set fineness (100–300 mesh) is achieved.
Air stream carries fines to the cyclone; dust is trapped by a fabric dust collector for clean operation.
